I made this cake for my brother, who made his first profession as a Carmelite monk. The triptych is made out of gingerbread, decorated with royal icing. The little monk is made out of gum paste. The cake is chocolate cake + chocolate buttercream.

 

Blessed Virgin Mary Cake

The picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary at the Annunciation is made out of  pastillage with royal icing piping. The lilies are handmade out of plastic icing and the cake is covered in plastic icing. Inside is carrot cake with cream cheese filling.

White chocolate mud cake + white chocolate ganache. Decorated with 40 handmade plastic icing roses.

I made this cake for Divine Mercy Sunday. Inside is carrot cake, filled and iced with lemon cream cheese icing. The cross is made out of pastillage.
