This custom-made 50th birthday cake includes a piano inspired shoe box, topped with a hand-made high-heel shoe beautifully finished with a rose. I have to give credit to Our Lady who interceded for me before God – I had 4 failed attempts of the shoe before finally with not much time before the cake was due, I begged our Sweet Mother to pray for me and help me make the shoe – as you can see, she did!! Inside the cake is chocolate mud cake + dark choc ganache.

This cake was especially designed for my beautiful niece. The little baby and all decorations are hand-made with gumpaste. Inside is rich chocolate cake + orange chocolate ganache.

This cake was made to match the bride’s wedding dress, which was covered in Indian embroidery. Topped with handmade gum paste peonies and jasmine. Each tiny ‘bead’ is an edible cashou or sugar crystal and was attached by hand. Inside is rich fruit cake. These beautiful photos taken by Keegan Wong Photography.

I made this cake for my brother’s 21st birthday. Inside is mud cake covered with dark chocolate ganache and then decorated with plastic icing. The handle is made of sour strip lollies.

I made this cake for my brother, who made his first profession as a Carmelite monk. The triptych is made out of gingerbread, decorated with royal icing. The little monk is made out of gum paste. The cake is chocolate cake + chocolate buttercream.

The picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary at the Annunciation is made out of pastillage with royal icing piping. The lilies are handmade out of plastic icing and the cake is covered in plastic icing. Inside is carrot cake with cream cheese filling.
